This is an in home service that provides meal assessment, pantry re-organization, cooking instruction and on-going support. We’ll spend time with you organizing, planning and teaching you in a more organized and efficient kitchen - yours.

The CPR Instructor's Network teaches all level of CPR and First aid courses, with certification. Our HeartSaver Baby-Child course is extremely popular with expecting mothers, new parents, grandparents and babysitters/nannies. Courses taught in English or French, at our location or yours.
