The Cook’s Companion offers lifestyle cooking and entertaining classes for adults, children/teens, private at home classes and birthday party classes. Adult classes are conducted at Fish Bones Oyster Bar & Grille (335 Kerr St., Oakville) and our children/teen classes are held at Lollipop Kid Culture (229 Lakeshore Rd.E., Oakville). Sportball’s Multi-Sport program introduces children to the FUNdamentals of 7 sports: Soccer, Hockey, Basketball, Baseball, Volleyball, Tennis and Golf. Games and skills are taught in a non-competitive and supportive environment. Programs are held once a week for one hour throughout the year. Sportball instructors are thoroughly screened and well trained. Coaches are First Aid & CPR certified and have related education and/or experience with children.

This program guides parents and children through the introductory skills of 7 sports: Soccer, Hockey, Basketball, Baseball, Volleyball, Tennis and Golf. Games and skills are non-competitive and focus on success while building confidence. Junior Sportball (16mos – 2 yrs) A perfect introduction for children and parents to sports, creative games, songs, rhymes, stories, bubble time and much more!
